I sincerely hope that all of you step back and take a look at who your training and realize that "some" people have way too many issues to be fair guards and make the right decision. Also, you have to take into consideration that the Elfpack computer is in Sweden which has different laws on the matter than say, North America. It would be more likely that individual members would be prosecuted than the site itself. That would be like fining a city or arresting its mayor because it has prostitutes.

2005-05-18 [Whim]: These laws are growing. True, Hedda could probably get away with that excuse as of now, but truthfully the guards and Sunrose here on EP and the guards on ET do ignore the fact that minors are blatently setting themselves up to cyber with adults. We do have wikis that are devoted to cybering and it's a well known fact that minors do stray onto those wikis. As for the server being in sweden, well, you're right--there are different laws, but am I wrong in thinking that Sweden is not a country to allows minors to shack up with adults? Maybe the laws are looser, but if there's any kind of statiatory laws there at all, then sooner or later, there will be laws for the internet.
