Trust me, I know. They recommend you to a social worker to talk your problems out and stick you on some anti-depressants^^ And I'm proud to say I've been off suicide watch for a full year^^

You just need to force the sad out of you, spend a night bawling to yourself then force yourself to go out and be happy. With my last break-up, I was pregnant, imagine how I felt! I cried for 3 weeks.. tried to kill myself a few times, although nothing major.. and I ended up having a miscarriage. Now I have to live every day with the guilt knowing that because I didn't listen to everyone about being happy for myself and my baby, that I lost a child.

You can't let sadness get to you, hun. You need to just close your eyes and make the "lala" sound most of the time. Let's face it, life sucks, and that's the fun part.
