(This is NOT mine. I did not write this, I found it and think you should read it.)
THE ANCIENT WORDS
He who knows the ways of beasts and birds,
Who can disguinish them by song and cry,
Who knows the bright quicksilver life in streams,
The course that the stars take through the sky,
May never have laid hands to books, yet he
Is sharing wisdom with infinity...
He who works with sensitive deft hands,
At any woodcraft will absorb the rain,
The sunlight and the starlight and the dew
That entered in the making of it's grain,
He should grow tall and straight and clean and good
Who daily breathes the essence of wood.
He who finds companionship in rocks
And comfort in the tough of vine and leaf,
Who climbs a hill for joy, and shouts a song,
Who loves the feel of wind will know no grief;
No loneliness that ever grows too great;
For he will never be quite desolate...
He shares, who is companioned along with these,
All ancient wisdoms and philosophies.
Mirror, mirror upon the wall
Magic demon eye,
A realm of maddness
Awakened by the call.
Speak the ancient words of mages
Try to take control
The essence of evil
A challenge for you soul
The battle of minds,
The riddles, the rhymes,
Beware the darkness behind.
Usurped and enslaved,
Bedeemed and betrayed,
The devil in the mirror, obey!
Iridescent pulsation of light,
Glowing from its heart,
The surface reflecting
Nightmares of your mind.
Green mist swirling deep within,
A dark dimension takes form,
The grip of clawed hands drags you in.
Enchanted with powers to conquer your soul,
Good or evil it won't mind,
The mirror is blind.
Feel the presence, the voice of dark,
Breaks the balance, intrudes your mind.
Try do deny, oh master of fools
Captured forever, the loser learns the rules.
The Mirror of Darkness
Forever powerful, forever young.
The Mirror of Darkness
Of which you will soon become
All of these poems were written when i was in a morbid (hey! vocab word) mood so don't complain that i'm a dark person.
In reality, i'm very sarcastic and can make any one laugh.
