1. 2 oz tequila of choice
2. 1 oz triple sec
3. 1 cup fresh longan (when peeled and pitted)
4. 1 cup ice
Longans are a small round Chinese fruit that is juicy and sweet. They can be found at Asian markets and SOME grocery stores. Lychees may be substituted for longans if they are more readily available.
Instructions
1. Peel longans and remove pits.
2. Throw all ingredients in blender.
3. BLEND
4. Put salt on rim of glass if you want, and pour into glass and throw in a couple ice cubes (or you could just drink it straight out of the blender, like I do!!!)
