Stand Up is the sixth studio album by the Dave Matthews Band. It was released on 10 May 2005. The album is available in regular CD and DualDisc format, and was also the first album by the band to get an iTunes release.

Three singles ("American Baby", "Dreamgirl" and "Everybody Wake Up") were released internationally. In addition, "Smooth Rider" was released as a single in the United Kingdom.

Some versions of the album were released with the controversial Copy Control program, which secretly installed a rootkit on computers of those who tried to rip the songs to mp3.
